Inner Reform

Inner reform is an ongoing process of self knowledge, aiming at conquering and overcoming our vices and faults, prompting us to take stock of our way of living, acting, and thinking.

Quick reference:

Reform habits: Conquer vices such as smoking, drinking, gambling, drug addiction, gossiping, lechery, laziness, etc.

Combat passions: curtail pride, selfishness, vanity, conceitedness, hatred, resentment, vengeance, prepotency, greed, ambition, evil, discrimination, etc.

Revise character: analyze level of honesty and honorability, level of integrity and loyalty towards commitments, capacity of taking responsibility of own acts.

Re-structure of personality: combat fear, insecurities, pessimism, subservience, cowardice, substituting them for courage, self-confidence, optimism, and dignity.

Inner Reform: make efforts to become humble, generous, abnegated, confident, selfless, and philanthropic. Capacitate ourselves for selflessness, and for the love towards peoples, animals, plants, and nature.
