{"id":129,"date":"2016-05-09T17:08:25","date_gmt":"2016-05-09T17:08:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/akssmaryland.org\/new\/?page_id=129"},"modified":"2017-09-24T01:17:43","modified_gmt":"2017-09-24T05:17:43","slug":"akss-spiritist-library","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.akssmaryland.org\/new\/akss-spiritist-library\/","title":{"rendered":"AKSS Spiritist Library"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>New Benefit to Members of the AKSS-MD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The AKSS-MD is now giving access to its collection of books and videos to those in the category of Effective Members.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to promote a more extensive study of Spiritism.<\/p>\n<p>How to access ASKK Lending Library<\/p>\n<p>Go to:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/akss.libib.com\/\">http:\/\/akss.libib.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a current AKSS Member \u2013 category of Effective Member (contribution of $20\/month or more)<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to return materials by the due date.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to take good care of the materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rules<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can borrow one book and\/or one video at a time at no charge.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowed materials are due in 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>You can only make another request after returning a previous one.<\/li>\n<li>You can renew the borrowed item, as long someone else has not reserved it.<\/li>\n<li>Materials should be returned on Mondays during the public meetings to Jos\u00e9 Maria or Ricardo Guerreiro. Do not hand the materials to other members.<\/li>\n<li>If you need to return materials and can\u2019t attend the meeting, please mail it to AKSS-MD at the following address: 14036 Jump Drive, Germantown, MD 20874.<\/li>\n<li>You must handle the materials with care. Books and movies must be free of damage, including liquid stains, highlighting and cribbing upon return.
